Tax implications for Canadians buying Arizona Real Estate

The most common question I get from prospective vacation home buyers from Canada is "what are the tax implications of buying in Arizona?"  This video discusses one of those aspects - the long term capital gain.

Is your Realtor Professional, P.2

September 25th, 2010

HI,

I’d like to talk a little about professionalism, or maybe the lack of it.  When you are interviewing an agent, there are many things  to ask about their knowledge of the  market and much more.  But one of the most important aspects of your relationship with your agent (and anyone else for that matter) is communication.  Most agents will be able to tell you how they will market your home ...

Short sales hit a record high of 2264 for August, which is approximat ...
