Perhaps the most exciting news here is the addition of SkySong. This project at the SE corner of
Scottsdale and McDowell Roads will be a hub for research and technology, with ASU affiliation. With this new development, we are seeing major renovations to this older section of
Scottsdale – there are infill townhome projects (most of which are very high-end), major remodeling of existing homes, and even commercial tear-down/re-build projects. (Additional Link)
With its convenient location to the 101 and 202 freeways,

Harbor
Airport , and ASU, there is a great rental market in
South Scottsdale . It is also the most affordable of the four sections, and offers apartments, condos, patio homes and single-family homes.
South Scottsdale is also home to the Scottsdale Motor Mile, home of 32 auto dealerships ranging from Kia and Chevy, to Bentley and Ferrari.
