Phoenix Area Real Estate

Realtor.com just released a survey showing that the Phoenix metro has had the 3rd largest drop in year over year inventory levels among the largest US metros.  I and many other agents have talking about this for quite a while.  Almost all my clients offers are up against multiple offers each time, sometimes dozens of offers.  See Inman's article on this report here.
