A study released Monday named Gilbert one of the top 25 safest cities in America.

Gilbert ranked No. 22 on the list of 371, making it the safest town or city in Arizona, according to the study published by Morgan Quitno Press.

Busy weekend - new listings coming soon!

We added anothercondo project to the site today.  We have added Phoenician Pines located in Northwest Phoenix, near Bell Rd and 35th Ave.  This is a condo conversion with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes priced from the $130's with convenient access to I-17 and Loop 101. There is a great new website, http://www.scottsdaledowntown.com.  It was created by the city of Scottsdale to provide info on the downtown/Old Town portion of town.  The website provides updated information about downtown businesses, events, theaters, museums, shops and restaurants - you name it!
