Is your home ready to show?

December 19th, 2013
There are many things that I discuss with my clients when I meet them to list their home. The obvious things are pricing and the home itself, but there is so much more. I am constantly confounded when I am researching listings to show my buyer clients and find that the listing says there is a mechanical lockbox, but there is no code and I ...
