Desert Ridge January 2016 real estate stats

Sale price as a percentage of list price: 98%

Median sale price: $400,000

Single Family Detached Homes
Sale: 21
Average Price Per foot: $194.38
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 98%
Average sale price: $441,793

Median sale price: $425,000
Average Days on market: 82

Condos and Townhomes:
Total sales : 4
Average Price Per foot: $223.34
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 97%
Average sale price: $368,500
Median sale price: $247,500
Average Days on market:297

Closings were down from the previous month, but that is expected post holiday as January closings reflect December traffic.  All other numbers showed positive trends.
