No, this isn't an April Fools joke. I have left RE/MAX and moved to a local company, Citywide Real Estate and Investments. I will continue to work on the various aspects of real estate that I have been, but will have some additional opportunities to work with.
Citywide specializes in lender owned properties. Although my focus has been elsewhere, the current market conditions require better exposure to distressed properties. Additionally, having earned my CDPE designation, I feel this is a good fit. I am bringing an additional benefit to the company and we will be able to handle various aspects of the distressed property business together.
