Market forecast for '07, '08
Hello!
Today in the AZ Republic, there is an article detailing a real estate market forecast for '07 and '08, as provided by NAR (National Association of REALTORS).
Much as we've been predicting, so have our peers - we foresee the real estate market rebounding in '08. The forecast from NAR is based on nationwide perception; we anticipate the Phoenix market exceeding those expectations based on job growth, climate, and cost of living.
What does that mean for you? Now is the time to buy - or at least start looking - if you are currently renting, or interested in investing in real estate! There are great deals out there, and the projection is that prices will be going up. The #1 rule of real estate is "Buy low, sell high!".
