There was an article on AZ Central today regarding Reservation land and home development. We posted it on our "Hot Areas" page - click HERE to read it.
The most interesting statistic in the article is that in spite of recent slowing in the homebuilding industry, the Phoenix Metro area is still expected to DOUBLE in population in the next FOUR decades. That is incredible growth! They project that development will span from as far north as Prescott, all the way down past Tucson to the Mexico Border. It is being called the "Arizona Sun Corridor" - one of 10 'megapolitans' identified by urban researchers in the US.
