We want to send our "CONGRATS" out to the Smiths - we now have their home in Queen Creek UNDER CONTRACT!
This just goes to show that with the right marketing plan and a fair list price, homes CAN sell, even when the market is 'down', or over-saturated, like it is in Queen Creek. In this case, the buyers' extended family live down the street, and picked up one of our brochures. They liked the info provided, and made an appointment to view this home.
