Vets day/new listing
Hello and welcome to the weekend!
First off, we hope you took some time today (Friday) to reflect on how lucky we are as Americans - and that you attributed that freedom and privilage to the men and women who have sacrificed for this great country! THANK YOU ALL!
Secondly, we have a listing appointment Saturday, so check back tomorrow for details on the new home! It is in Queen Creek, BRAND NEW, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, just under 1900 sq ft, all on one story. If you are an investor, this would be a fabulous property - it's NEW, still under Builder Warranty, and is in the rapidly-growing Ocotillo/Ironwood area of Queen Creek. Thirdly, we were out with some buyer clients today in Ahwatukee, and we are FINALLY seeing the home inventory grow, where you don't have to get into a bidding war on a home the first day it goes on the market. This is great news for all, as it reduces the stress of buying and selling, and it gives buyers both more to choose from, and more time to find "THE" home for them!
