Condo Coversion Update

We have added 2 communities to our "Condo Conversion" page -http://www.weareazrealestate.com/NewCondoConversions.php
They are both in Phoenix - one in the Northern area known as Moon Valley, which is about to start Phase 2 selling, and the other is adjacent to N Scottsdale - VERY prestigeous area! The latter, "Montage", is hosting an agent open house this week, so as soon as we have pricing info, we will post it. They plan to release sales on December 3rd, but to get on the list, you MUST provide an "LSR" (Loan Status Report) no later than 11/30.
