AZ Atty General warns against scams

It is very unfortunate, but there is alwasy someone out there willing to prey on people in distress. The real estate market conditions of the past few years have brought the scammers and scumbags out in droves. We have seen various forms of scams law enforcement has been diligent in their efforts to hunt them down. Still, the best protection is education. If you or someone you know is facing foreclosure or considering a short sale, remember, nobody should ever have to pay any up front fees to have someone help you. Tom Horne, the AZ Attorney General issued a statment earlier this week concerning this and you can read it here.
