It makes some great points, like the fact that many young professionals would enjoy and embrace the low-maintenance, vibrant lifestyle downtown condo living offers, but the majority are priced out of that $500k+ market.
I enjoy reading the comments after the article, where readers can post their opinions. It tends to get a little combative - if you have time to kill, give it a read - always entertaining.
