Another example of how we go "The Extra Mile" as your real estate agents:
We represented two investors last week in the purchase of 'to-be-built' townhomes in Tempe. They live in California, and with new build homes, selections for cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc have to be made. This is a short - maybe 2 hour - appointment, and not really worth them flying back out for. Since we both worked for new home builders for so long, we have an excellent feel for what options and upgrades pay for themselves over time, and which ones are just fluff, as well as color schemes to appeal to most potential buyers down the road. Therefore, we will conference on their goals, budgets, and preferences, and then attend the appointments on their behalves.
Just the same, we have also attended selections appointments with owner-occupant new home buyers, for many of the same reasons - to assist in making smart decisions for the future.
