There was a great article in the AZ Republic today. It was a brief interview with Doug Fulton of Fulton Homes. Fulton Homes is one of the premier independently owned builders in the valley. Mr Fulton's insight into the current market conditions, echoes a lot of what we have been saying for the past few months.
He mentions that we are in the midst of a correction right now. The market was undervalued, especially when compared to many other major metro areas. The run up in prices was due, but at such a frenzied pace, it couldn't be sustained. We are now going back to some balance. Mr Fulton states "We caught up to where we needed to be. I think it's very healthy. It's a good thing. "
