We are sorry that we haven't posted anything in the last few days. Busy Busy Busy. Rates are down over the past couple of weeks. Phoenix area sales are still seeing price increases over the prior year. The market has normalized. Days on market is increasing, and so are listings. Yes, it is now a buyers market, but not overwhelmingly so. This is close to balance, and we will most likely still see increases this year.
