Pre-Construction meetings - one more service we offer!
Hello....
We attended a "Pre-Construction Meeting" yesterday with one of our buyer-clients. He is building a home in Anthem, a city north of Phoenix. Engle Homes is the builder, and like all builders, they hold these meetings prior to construction. They want to be certain that everyone has the right expectations, and that buyers understand the process involved in building a home.
We met with Tony, the Field Superintendent, and he was awesome! He was very thorough and detailed, which is important when you are trusting someone to build your new home. We are now certain that everyone is on the same page regarding options ordered, selections made, and home placement on the lot.
While we were out there, we took a few more photographs of the model home - the same floor plan our client is building. You can see them here. We also attached the floor plan.
