Condo Conversion Update - The Arcadia Residences, Camelback Corridor

Today, we visited the Condo Conversion Project, "The Arcadia Residences". This is located within the booming "Camelback Corridor", conveniently located to the Biltmore Area, the 51, and Scottsdale, and close to Camelback Mountain.
This particular complex has a fantastic park-like setting - lots of green, which isn't all that common in the city! The patios have an upscale feel, with stacked-stone walls. The units themselves - 1 and 2 bedroom layouts - are very spacious.
