We spent yesterday assisting one of our buyers with selections. He has contracted to have a new home built by Engle Homes in Anthem.
Their Design Center is INCREDIBLE! All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and made customizing his new home a breeze! You meet with representatives for Appliances, Low Voltage Wiring, Lighting, Cabinets, Structured Wiring, Surround Sound, Counters, Flooring, and Landscaping. They have countless options within all of these fields, and we were especially impressed with the Landscaping portion - they allocate an hour to select plants from a color catalog, ensuring you get precisely what you like! They have samples for everything - there was no guesswork, and at no time were we rushed. Engle will be moving their design studio in Spring to an even larger facility, meaning even more sample kitchens, home theaters, etc to view!
Engle Homes currently has 32 communities within the Phoenix metro area, starting from the $220's.
