Three New Phoenix Condo Conversions
We have added three new Phoenix condo Conversions to our Phoenix Condo Conversion Page. Here is some of the info.
There are two in the Ahwatukee Foothills area. They are both by the same developer. The will be having a grand opening sales event in Mid February, but are taking reservations with loan approvals. Please be sure to contact us, so that we can get you lender info so that you can be prepared.
Mountain Canyon is situated against the South Mountain Park. This complex will have four flooplans, ranging from roughly 750 sq. ft. to around 1400 sq. ft. Pricing should start in the $150's and go up to the $300K range. Attached garages are available as well.
Santa Rosa, only a couple of blocks away from Mountain Canyon, will have 3 floorplans ranging from 789 sq. ft. to 1276 sq. ft., and pricing starting from $180K. Both properties will have pool, clubhouse, and fitness facilities plus more.
In Central Phoenix near 9th St and Camelback will be another condo conversion that provides a great location convenient to the work centers of the Central and Camelback Corridors. Sales have not yet started, nor have they been announced, but we expect details soon.
