Portofino - 1 bedrooms currently start at $155,900; 2 BRs at $240,900, and 3 BRs at $291,900. They are roughly 60% sold out after about a month of sales. We also learned that the developers who bought Portofino bought a complex literally down the street from San Riva, which has the exact floorplans. However, they bought it at a much higher cost, meaning they will have to sell the same units, down the street, for a lot higher price. This is GREAT NEWS for buyers at San Riva! There is also no cap here on how many homes anyone purchases, meaning investors can scoop up multiple units with tenants in place!
