Northeast Valley keeps on going

First it was Desert Ridge MarketPlace. Next, City North is planning to break ground after the first of the year with more upscale shopping, offices, condos and hotel. Now Westcor announces plans for Palisene. This project has been long in the making and was previously known as Paradise Ridge. At 2200 acres it is huge and will even further cement this part of the Northeast Valley as the upscale shopping mecca. Plans are for an upscale outdoor mall on 72 acres with over 1 million square feet of shopping and dining space. The overall plan calls for the mall, condos, hotel(s) office and single family residences. For more information check out this AZ Republic article.
