Condo Conversion updates
HI and welcome to the work week.
We want to thank all of you who have inquired about condos on our condo conversion page. It is a very dynamic market for condos right now. With the tremendous increases in the prices of single family homes over the past year, condos are now a good choice for first time buyers and those with budgets that are now priced out of the market. Most condo conversions have been occuring in Phoenix and Scottsdale, but we are starting to see some occur in the East and West Valley areas. They typically sell out quickly, so it is hard to keep our condo conversion page current.
Considering this, we will be updating and expanding the information on this page to include new condo and townhouse construction and "loft" projects. Although most of these projects have pricing starting affordably, some are very high end as well. Projects like Chateaux on Central with 21 high-end town homes, Grace Communities projects in downtown Scottdale, and condos and townhouses under way in all parts of the valley.
We will be working on this this week and hope to have many new items on the condo page by week's end.
