I can't really stress enough the importance of speaking with a lender before you search for a property. I spoke with a gentleman yesterday who is looking for a specific type of property. I asked if he knew what price range he wanted, and if he had spoken with a lender. The answer to both was no. With a few simple questions, we can get a feel for what you can qualify for, but a lender can give you all the options and let you really know what can work for you. We want to help you find the best property we can. But we can't do that if you don't really know what is the right fit for you.
