WOW! What a busy day yesterday!
Lots going on, including ordering a Home Inspection for the Scottsdale Condo. Home Inspections are so crucial to buyers; they give you priceless info on the condition of the home and systems. I (Sharon) can speak from experience - my first home, I relied on the FHA Inspection, which does not have nearly as stringent of standards as an ASHI-Certified Home Inspector/Inspection. In the first year alone, I had to replace the roof AND the heat pump! Sure, I saved $350 on a home inspection, but it cost me over $6,500 to replace the roof and heat pump! We strongly encourage all buyers to get not only a Home Inspection, but also mold and insect inspections - if there is a problem, why not remediate it with the Seller, before Close of Escrow?
