As of this writing there are 125 active listings, This brings the inventory level to 3.79 months worth of supply based on the September sales. There are currently 52 properties under contract. Overall, For the third quarter, the average sold price per foot was $189.06 the median sold price per foot was $186.52, the average days on market was 94 and listings sold for 98% of list. The average price per foot increased just over 4% year over year and he median just over 3% for the same quarter.
Seasonally, a drop in numbers is expected. Historically, we can expect a slight increase in the next month and then a slowdown approaching the holidays.
