Desert Ridge, Phoenix - New construction single family homes

A couple weeks ago I blogged about Sanctuary at Desert Ridge. Sanctuary is a new home community by Taylor Morrison Homes. The neighborhood is gated and features a community pool and parks. There are four different collections of homes in Sanctuary. Some of the details are in the previous blog, which you can read here.
Three of the collections are already open for sales with the forth opening in preview this weekend. The demand is crazy with thousands of inquiries to the builder. But don't let that scare you off. Someone looking for the first time today has just as good a chance of purchasing in the community as someone who put their name on a list months ago.
