365 things to do July 9
HI,
It's truly the summer with temps over 110 degrees today. There is a breeze, but it is a hot one. So, with the hot weather, I thought I'd stay away from the many outdoor activities. Today it's simple. If you want to get out of the house, or work, but want something cool to do, walk around a mall. Scottsdale Fashion Square and Paradise Valley Mall of course come to mind, but there are many malls throughout the valley (Chandler Fashion Mall, Superstition Springs, Fiesta Mall, Metro Center,, Arrowhead Towne Center, etc). I'm not much of a shopper my self, but walking around the mall provides a broad spectrum of activities. Of course, getting up off of your work chair or couch and walking is good. The cool air conditioned space isn't too bad either. I am a big fan of shop locally as well. Yes, I know that the mall is full of national chains, but if you look you can find some great local deals.
