2011 saw 435 residences sold throughout Desert Ridge ( up from 409 in 2010). The average price per square foot was $135.64 while the selling price held at 97% of list price, one of the best in the Valley of the Sun. The average home price was $310,666 while the median was $284,000.
The smallest residence sold was a 782 sq. ft. 1 bed, 1 bath condo in Toscana, while the largest was a 6831 sq ft, 7 bed,6.5 bath home in Aviano. The lowest price was $107,100 for a 1/1 condo with 797 sq. ft. The highest price was $725K for a 4 bed, 3.5 bath home with 3595 sq. ft. on the golf course in a private gated community.
