CityNorth set to start sales
The Developers of CityNorth, a 144 acre development that I have mentioned before, located between Tatum Blvd and 56th St,. north of Loop 101, have announced they will open a sales office at the end of January. Potential residents and office and retail tenants will get a chance to see what is planned.
The office will include a scale model of CityNorth and a mock up of one of the residences. The office will handle information and sales on retail, office and residential offerings in the project's first phase.
Residential units in Phase 1 will include 'The Residences on High Street'. These will be a pair of 4 story buildings with retail on the ground floor and 99 condos above. Plans are for 1,2, and 3 bedroom homes ranging from approximately 750 to 1850 Sq. Ft. Prices are expected to start at about $455K and go up to about $1.2M. The condos will have outdoor terraces and balconies. Amenities are to include parking facilities, a pool and spa, and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. Sales will be handled out of the office on site.
In addition to the condos, there will be approximately 190,000 square feet of retail in Phase I with about 50 tenants. Phase I of the project will have approximately 320,000 square feet of office space.
