This time of the year is a great time to have your home on the market. Unlike other climates where sales are slow during the winter, sales here in the Phoenix area pick up again in January. This is due in part to many winter visitors and tourists. Relocations are typically higher this time of year as well. During the holiday season, many buyers will be more accomodating on viewing times. If you are decorating for the holidays, it will probably feel more homey to a prospective buyer.
