NEW condos and townhomes in Scottsdale! RE/MAX Excalibur Agents in top 100!

Today, we had a RE/MAX Excalibur meeting in the morning, where we learned that our office is home to FOUR of the top 100 RE/MAX teams in the US! And guess where the #1 team is? Yep, our office, too! Congrats to our fellow teams that made this impressive list. We are far smaller in agents (just the 2 of us) to compete with teams that carry 20+ agents, but we all cheer for eachother in the RE/MAX family. It goes to show that RE/MAX has brand-name recognition and the performance numbers to earn the "#1 Real Estate Company in the US" title!
We also heard from experts (managing brokers/title agents/etc) that are seeing activity start to pick back up in the Phoenix area. We know it's hot outside now, and people are busy with back-to-school and other activities, but there are still buyers and sellers out there looking at real estate transactions.....
