Lots of new homes for sale - plus going the extra mile again!

As you can see, we have 3 new listings this week! They are all in the Queen Creek area, in the Southeast Valley. 2 of them are brand new, and 1 is only 2 years old. Feel free to call us with any questions, or to schedule an appointment to view any or all of our Queen Creek home listings!
Today we attended a framing walk-thru with one of our existing clients. He purchased a new home, which is currently under construction. The builder - like most - offers a 'frame walk-thru' where the buyer and the field superintendent go over the home and options, prior to sheet rock going in. This is the last opportunity for the buyer to see what's IN the walls of their home. In this case, we were able to catch a few framing boards that didn't look satisfactory, and move a TV jack that was not in the correct location.
Rather than going "MIA" once our buyers are under contract on a new-build home, we attend as many meetings with them as they like - be it selections at the design center, upgrades with the sales team, pre-construction, framing or pre-close meetings with the field superintendent - whatever. Even when it is 110+ degrees outside, and we're in a home with no A/C. Why? Because that's our job. We take it seriously. We are here to help and support our clients in any way possible.
