Being Prepared

Hi,

We regularly receive inquiries through our website from people looking to buy a new home.  Interestingly enough, many of these people haven't given a lot of thought into what they really want, or need.  That's where we come in to provide guidance and ask the right questions.

We are including a basic form in our blog today that is a good starting point.  It is not all that we need to know to serve you better, but it can get you prepared for the myriad items that really go into making a decision on a new home.  Keep some of these things in mind as you determine what is important to you.
