Busy week - lots to do!
Hello and happy Friday!
As you can see, we've added two more listings, both in the master-planned community of San Tan Heights, in Queen Creek! We take pride in the thoroughness of our listings - we don't just post a small blurb, 1 picture, and minimal detail to our listings. We *ALWAYS* have multiple pictures and virtual tours (if possible), room sizes, and detailed descriptions of the homes AND the community that they are in!
We also have had an influx of buyers - as far as we're concerned, the market is NOT slowing! We had an offer accepted on a condo in Mesa, which we will post here shortly...We also have an investor (YES - Phoenix is STILL a strong market to invest in!) from CA coming in today, as well as other buyers scheduled for the weekend. Again, since we work as a TEAM, one of us is always available to assist new clients, or field calls from current clients.
