One Scottsdale
It just keeps getting better for people in North Scottsdale and North Phoenix. In December we posted a blog about the Palisene development NW of Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101. This will be a huge development with shopping, offices, residential, dining and entertainment. Well, plans have been submitted to the City of Scottsdale for ONE SCOTTSDALE at the NE corner of Scottsdale Road and Loop 101. This mixed use property is approximately 119 acres and will feature around 1.8 million square feet of retail and office space, approximately 1100 residential units and a "boutique" type hotel. If approved, the project is expected to break ground in late 2006 with the first phase opening in 2008. Add to this City North, which is ready to break ground at 56th St and Loop 101 right next to the awesome Desert Ridge Marketplace, and you can be sure that values will continue to rise on Real Estate in the area.
