We have had a lot of interest in our new Condo Conversion page of our site. Condo conversions are the hot new thing not only in Phoenix but in other major markets as well. Often times, these complexes sell out in a matter of days. One recent conversion took appointment times for 300 units in one day. The previous occupants always have first shot at purchasing the units they reside in, and people who may have placed backup offers on previous developments by the same developer tend to be second in line. So, how do you get one? Diligence. We are making it our priority to update that page and bring as much information on upcoming communities as possible. If you have any interest in any condo conversion project, please contact us.
