Once again, I'm volunteering for the Phoenix Panhellenic at the FBR Open.  They are still short volunteers, and it's a great opportunity to give back to the community - proceeds benefit the Phoenix Panhellenic, which provides scholarships and guidance to young women.

Hi,

I know this is a real estate blog, but I am going to stray just for this entry.  This is because I am stumping for a good cause.  My son Jordan started an unofficial charity last year called Jordan's Jungle.  He collects stuffed animals to donate to area hospital's pediatric patients.  Well now it is an official charity, as we have incorporated as Jordan's Jungle Inc, a non-profit corporation.  Please check out www.JordansJungle.org for more information.  I am real proud of him if you can't tell.

We have been updating and re-arranging our "Urban Living" pages lately, in hopes of making them easier to navigate.  We are organizing new condo, loft and townhome communities by city, so that you may see all a particular city has to offer. 

We have also added 2 new projects by the same developer - CITRO BILTMORE andCITRO SCOTTSDALE.  Both of these communities are low-rise, modern layouts, with a focus on greenspace and tranquility - all garages and streets are underground, so the grounds are unobstructed by cars, trucks, and noise.  Both are on the site of existing buildings, so completion is a while out,
