Property Taxes fall in Phoenix Metro area!

Amazing news from www.azcentral.com - Property taxes will be LOWER for 81% of the valley, even after the metoric rise in property values last year!  The valleywide average is a 3% reduction - so don't be afraid when you open your tax bills!

There is a great article on www.azcentral.com today; it's sort of a 'state of the market address', for lack of better description. 

Two interesting quotes, as they relate to the real estate market:

"Jobs and residential real estate growth have roughly returned to normal. Still, it can feel like a slump because last year was so unusually frenzied."

And regarding housing, in general:
