Hello!

We hope you had a nice, relaxing Memorial Day weekend, and took some time to thank those that have sacrificed for our great country......

In Real Estate news, you can get a sneak-peek of the SkySong/ASU plans for the corner of Scottsdale and McDowell Roads.  The developers of the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center will present their plan at 6 p.m. Wednesday, the 28th, at the Community Design Studio, 7506 E. Indian School Road. The open house runs from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.  This is a great opportunity to preview their plans for the site and campus!  There has been some discussion over their recent plan to add more residential units,

Luxury Condos

Well, the luxury condo market keeps soldiering on.  Not only has construction started on a couple long-awaited Downtown Phoenix condo developments including 44 Monroe, but one of the owners of the Diamondbacks is floating plans for a multi-million dollar entertainment district downtown.  Phoenix may be behind the curve compared to other major cities when it comes to downtown activity, but we're catching up quickly.  When you factor in new condos and building conversions, the blossoming arts scene, ASU downtown, and light rail, it's easy to see that downtown Phoenix will soon be the place to be.

While Old Town Scottsdale already is a

May 23rd, 2006
Hi,

We have to apologize for being so neglectful of the blog the last few weeks.  We will be making a concerted effort to getting back to more regular blogging.

Even more exciting is that in addition to our standard property search, many of these new sections have specific searches for the individual

A lot of new info coming out this week!

May 15th, 2006
Good Monday to all....

We have been incredibly busy researching info for both clients and our website....we apologize for neglecting our blog lately....

We have an investment group we are working with as buyers.  Yes, investors STILL see Phoenix as a viable market!  There is so much 'doom and gloom' propaganda out there now, we know.  Bottom line is:  The Phoenix market will continue to grow.  It has a perfect climate, an increasing job market, and influx of new residents. Are we going to see homes sold the 1st day on market, for well above list price this year?  No.  Are we going to see a 56% appreciation this

Website info - new pages for Scottsdale area and home info!

May 10th, 2006
Hello!

We have been hard at work, trying to bring you more pertinent info on Phoenix area real estate and markets!

We have added a "Scottsdale" page, where we have broken the city into 4 distinct areas - South Scottsdale, Old Town/Downtown Scottsdale, Central Scottsdale, and North Scottsdale.  Each of the 4 sections has its own page, with area info, attractions, and home/market trends and offerings.

We will continue to update and upgrade this info, and are also building pages for additional areas around Phoenix - specifically, the Desert Ridge area!

In the mean time, if you would like more info on homes or areas within
