March 31st, 2006
Hello and good Friday to all!

Yesterday, we attended 2 Condo Conversion events.

The first was for Tresa, in Glendale.  They have great pricing, with 1 bedrooms starting from $130k.  Garages and fireplaces are available, and the grounds are immaculate.  Click HERE for more info!

The second event was for Phase 2 of Bella Terra, in Scottsdale, on the Paradise Valley border.  Their plans are fantastic - lots of windows and natural light - they don't feel like apartments at all!  1 bedrooms here are from the mid $180s.  Click HERE for more info on Bella Terra!

Have a great weekend!

Hi to all....

Today, we attended an 'Agent Open House' for Safari Drive, a new-build condo project in Scottsdale.  It has a killer location in Old Town, steps away from Scottsdale Fashion Square, and all the vibrance that is Old Town.  It's a unique layout in that there are live/work townhomes and lofts, allowing for potential tax benefits for a 'home office'.

Prices for a 2 bed/2 bath home start in the $600s, with units priced up to the low $2M range.  Please contact us for more info - we'd be happy to represent you as a buyer at this property!

Tomorrow, we have 2 more Agent Open Houses to attend - we strive to have

Rain - and SNOW - finally come to the Valley!

March 12th, 2006
Well, it finally happened....

After 144 consecutive days without precipitation, the Phoenix area was graced with rain - and SNOW!  Areas above 2,000 ft, like Carefree, received enough snow to accumulate yesterday, causing quite a stir!  Even today, you can see snow on the McDowells, Four Peaks, and even the Superstition Mountains!

Scroll to the bottom for photos, from www.azcentral.com - they were taken in Carefree, about 30 mins north of Scottsdale.....

Pretty wild, eh?
