Welcome to "it's a dry heat".  Well with temps running in the 110's this week it is fitting that we are discussing how hot the market is.  The temperatures have been significantly above normal, and so have home sales.  Everybody is talking about the housing bubble.  The problem is that NOBODY can tell you whether there is one or not. Most analysts feel that the Phoenix/Scottsdale market will not "burst" but eventually slow down to a more normal pace.  I think overall

We are getting the listing in Queen Creek on MLS tonight, and we will get it on our site Wednesday.  We got back very late from showing properties in that same general area.  If you want horse property where you can stable the horses in the neighborhood, and not have them in your back yard, we looked at a neighborhood where you can do that today.  Nice custom homes in Queen Creek with community pool and stables.

Hi again -

Well, we have great news - our Queen Creek listing on Dancer Lane is now "SOLD"!  It was on the market for a week, and wasn't accessible until Monday.  We received a full-price offer on Monday night, and slowed by some time-zone complications, were able to open escrow today.  It is a gorgeous home and I'm certain the new owners will love it!
