CityScape

Downtown Phoenix

CityScape combines residential, retail, hotel, office, public park space and more into one central and cohesive project.

The developer states, "The goal of this project is to create a thriving urban environment in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, creating one of the highest-energy locations in the Valley, if not the state.  It will be a hub of activity that blends residential space with urban living, work, shopping and entertainment opportunities.  Combine a transit-friendly development with useful open spaces, and this dense urban living environment will be home for some and a destination for all."

Construction on CityScape began in October 2007 with the first phase slated to open late 2009.  The project will be built out over several years based on market demand, with most construction planned to be completed by 2011.
