Desert Ridge February 2016 real estate stats

Average Price Per foot: $185.03
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 98%
Average sale price: $515,175

Median sale price: $532,500
Average Days on market: 91

Condos and Townhomes:
Total sales : 5
Average Price Per foot: $192.92
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 96%
Average sale price: $275,760
Median sale price: $278,900
Average Days on market:120

Pending sales are up and indicate a reasonable start to the selling season.  Price per foot is down from January, but average and median sale prices are up dramatically.
