Desert Ridge December 2015 real estate stats

Condos and Townhomes:
Total sales : 10
Average Price Per foot: $191.82
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 97%

The month's supply of inventory returned to a normal range after a November blip due to low sales possibly because of TRID delays.  Pricing edged down, but overall trends and stats indicate this too will be a small blip.  Pricing is expected to remain stable with positive pressure.
