Desert Ridge April 2016 real estate stats

Average Price Per foot: $193.56
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 98%
Average sale price: $392,468
Median sale price: $337,500
Average Days on market: 74

This breaks down by type as follows:

Single Family Detached Homes
Sale: 27
Average Price Per foot: $194.69
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 98%
Average sale price: $456,246

Median sale price: $431,300
Average Days on market: 72

Condos and Townhomes:
Total sales : 16
Average Price Per foot: $191.65
Sale price as a percentage of list price: 98%
Average sale price: $284,843
Median sale price: $275,000
Average Days on market:77

Single family stats are showing some strength this month while the condo numbers are down.  The overall numbers are down due to the condos.  But, one month does not make a trend.Months of inventory is down and that could also impact future pricing.
