Real Estate Hidden Gems

I recently participated in a survey of ActiveRain members to find out the "hidden gems" that add value for real estate buyers. I often tell buyers to take a good look at the things they can't easily or inexpensively change. Many other things can be adjusted over time. Take note that the items with the higher percentage of value are those things you can't change, or are relatively expensive. One of the items shown as often overlooked is Green Upgrades. I wholeheartedly agree. If you are looking, ask me about this aspect. There are easy ways to improve energy efficiency and your green quotient without costing more than you'd be paying otherwise.
