Staging and clutter revisited
HI,
I have previously posted about staging. But I received some feedback about a showing of a listing of mine that stated that the home was cluttered. Now, the furniture is fine, and it actually shows pretty well, but the owner did leave some piles of books and papers in a couple spots. Nothing ridiculous, but it was noticed. You never know what will affect a buyer's perception of your home, so it is best to clear out all non essential items, or at least stow them were they can't be seen. See the video for more.
