What condition should a home be in at closing?
What condition should a home be in at closing? That is a question I hear more from buyers than sellers, and the answer varies depending on which you ask. Unfortunately, it shouldn't vary. Seller's want to move on and don't always take the time to leave it in the best shape. But this better question for a seller is, how would you want to receive a home upon closing?
